Washington 12 is strictly limited to 3,000 participants. All programming and meals will take place at the Washington Hilton.
Registration: The print-and-send registration form must be accompanied by the $440 registration fee. No reservations will be accepted after March 1, 2000. The registration fee includes six meals, Sunday dinner through Tuesday lunch. No individual meals will be sold. Dietary laws will be observed.
Cancellations: There is a $50 processing fee for all cancellations before February 1, 2000; a $100 processing fee for cancellations made between February 1 and March 18, 2000. Cancellations after March 18 are not refundable. Substitutions cannot be made for participants who cancel.
